Your details.
Short version: we collect what you type into our two forms, use it only to email you about kits or hire, keep it in the UK and delete it when you ask.

Who we are
Puffin Campervans is run by Greg Lukosek, who is responsible for your data. Email hello@puffincampers.uk about anything on this page.
What we collect
- Kit waitlist: your name, email address, the van you picked in “Will it fit?”, the kits and tier you ticked, and whether you asked for pricing.
- Hire list: your email address.
- Emails you send us: whatever you choose to write.
Why
To email you when a kit launches or Puffin is ready to hire, to send pricing if you asked for it, and to answer you. We rely on your consent, which you give by sending the form, and you can withdraw it at any time. We don't send newsletters, and we never sell or share your details for marketing.
Where it is kept
Sign-ups are stored with Amazon Web Services in London, and a copy of each one is emailed to our inbox. Those providers handle the data for us and can't use it for anything else.
How long
Until the kit or hire service you signed up for has launched and we have told you, and no more than 12 months after that, unless you become a customer. Ask and we delete it sooner.
Your rights
You can ask to see what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or stop hearing from us: email hello@puffincampers.uk or reply to any email we send. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the ICO.
Cookies and tracking
None. This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads nothing from other companies; even the fonts come from our own server. Our host processes your IP address to deliver pages and to block abuse, and we don't keep it.
